Themeday: Keeping Christmas Real!
HI!
As I said in not the last but the post before that, I will do a post on Christmas Eve outfit and I am quite happy that I finally have something related to fashion to blog about! I have a lot of pictures so I will just get to the point.
This i wore on Christmas Eve: The outfit holds: - A wooly red scarf - A black/silver dress - A red bolero You can see that red is the main color, and then there is this black dress. And I think it makes Christmas stand out a little more with all the red.

The Dress:
This one I got last year. I love it! I can use it for occasions as: Birthday parties, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, my own birthday and so on.
Red Tights:
I am very fond of them because it isn’t very like me to buy tight in other colors than black, navy blue and other darker colors. I got them in Pennys this Christmas.
These are the chocolates I’ve been eating all Christmas, they are really funny and tast so well!

A dangerous cocktail: New years eve & (reading) jet lag!
WELCOME 2012!
I hope you had a lovely christmas and a happy new year, I certainly was ready for that holiday! I had a really nice time at my gran and granda’s place in Ireland this christmas. We just got home the 30th – even though the time difference is only one hour, it seems that this “jet lag” mixed with a late new years eve results in insomnia.
Yes, so here I am at something past two in the morning blogging – because I’ve simply managed to do everything else since eleven (when I went to bed). What I’ve been doing since eleven:
- 11: Talking to my little sister (who I by the way am having a “sleep-over” with tonight) about how annoyingly hot it is in our room.
- 11:30: Tossing and turning after the light has been turned of (and the radiator!). I’m just thinking: I am never going to sleep ever again!
- 00:00: Turning on the lights (Ciara asleep), walking upstairs to tell my parents I can’t sleep. Response: “Go read for a while…”
- 1:30: Tadah! Done reading my daily couple of chapters of Breaking Dawn. Still not tired!
- 1:45: Tell my parent (who have now gone to bed) that I can’t sleep. Walk into the living room – see the computer…
- 1:50: BLOG! About my awesome (sarcastic) life.
I was actually going to blog about a christmas eve outfit – but the pictures for it aren’t finished, yet.
I think my sleeplessness has come because of all the late staying up over the christmas and the late night last night (New Years Eve!)
Wish you all the luck in the new year!
Aisling

Update
Hi,
I am really happy! For two reasons at the time:
- I watched Breaking Dawn! And it was surprisingly sad, I cried through the entire end. I’ve waited for like a year since I read the book for this movie to come out. Unfortunately my friend Klara (who I read the book with) watched it Wednesday – that was too bad, but it’s fine.
- My whole “More young bloggers… blah-blah”-thing is coming true. When I made that post I was alone – I didn’t know any other bloggers my age. But now I have several friends blogging – and the fantastic thing is I was only a little bit involved in it. Here’s how it started: I set my friend Hanna up on WordPress (she unfortunately switched to blogspot.com) and then she inspired our friend Nynne to start. And our friend Emmy alos started a photoblog about her life somewhere in between those two. So a wish really can come true – poetic, right.
Changing the subject: I really want to blog more about the original category of this blog, fashion. But I just don’t seem to be able to find anything fashion related to blog about. I just don’t want to be one of those (excuse me but, fake) bloggers that only blog about themselves and their style. I want to set an example fro people to not be fake on their blogs, because that is just the very worst thing that you can do on your blog: Be unnatural, you’re only kidding yourself. In all seriousness, if the internet is on it’s way to a sky of fakes… I’m going to leave the internet forever. Drama Queen!
I also changed my header. I quite like it because I have been trying to get a good header for a long time, the only minus is that it isn’t taken on a very good camera – but I just think that as long as I like it, it will do.

Parents…
Hello! Quick warning: If your name is Ole or Kerry Kassow, you might not want to read this blog post…
You may well notice the ‘…’ in the title. I have found parents very… uhm… disagreeing in a way. It’s just as out of nowhere they change and turn against you (some of the time). And they don’t seem to understand you 100% – they are like aliens from mars. But they can also be understanding when they want to, and even though the are nice and helpful and I do love them, they just – argh – really sometimes get on my nerves.
But with all this said and if certain Kerry and Ole people read this despite the warning, I would like to praise their cooking. And that they are very nice people that do very nice things for their children – pay for clothes, holidays, food and all these things that I’m very grateful for.

(who hopes that her parents weren’t offended by this blog post – but it’s her blog and she gets to decide what gets written. Love you.)
Having Sisters
Okay, my sisters aren’t exactly angels but I could definitely not live without them. Probably 60% of the time I am not very good friends with either one of my sisters. But the bottom line is: I LOVE THEM ♥♥♥
I remember when I was almost 2 years old, when my first little sister was born – I didn’t have I clue what a baby was so my parents gave me a doll. I think it probably had something to do with me not getting to jealous, because all the attention was of course on Ciara and I was use to being an only child with all the attention.
When my second little sister Halley was born I was 7 years old. And my parents filmed us when they told us that we were going to have a little sister, it is quite funny to watch.

She’s a Surviver!
Hello!
Oh yes! My alter worked! My bunny is as alive as ever – and I feel terrible that I was away on a scouts camp when she was at the vet. And in a very freakish way I feel that she knows that I wasn’t there, and I haven’t been forgiven yet, unfortunately. The poor things had their tummy shaved (sorry, but it looks ridiculous) and also found out that the food we were giving them were like candy for them, so we made a ‘Bunnie Food Pyramide’ apparently the very best thing for them is grass lots and lots of grass. I picked lots of dandelion leaves for them on a lawn today. The are going to have their stitches taken out soon, and after that they can live with each other again – YAY!
But a part from that I’ve had a great! It was very cold and wet, and one night I woke up like 3-4 times because the rain was hitting the tent really hard. At one point I got afraid a tree was going to fall on us, but that was clearly an exaggeration. I am very thankful that I could borrow the thermal sleeping bag – I don’t know what I would have done with out it. While I was there my new friend and I were interviewed (http://pigespejder.dk/nc/forside/aktuelt/nyheder/nyhed/vis/udfordringer-nye-venner-ungleder/) about the camp by the people that write stuff on the girl scouts’ website. It actually ended up on the front page – I am regretting that I wore my pink hat from 2nd grade.
While I was gone my family went shopping for clothes in H&M, Waterfront (My heaven!) AND they went to Tivoli and saw the biggest pumpkin (288kg) in Denmark (So Jealous…). I can’t say that I didn’t want to go with them…
Going back to school tomorrow

Hello Everyone – this blog post is quite special because it is extra long and I’ve put extra much effort into making it. My blogger girls and I are having a blogging sleep over! YEARH! It is so cozy. It is mainly about fashion so Hanna brought her camera over, too. We’re mostly taking pictures of outfits and stuff, so they both brought over they’re favorite outfits, that they are going to pose with – it’s really fun! Nynne had also just gone shopping in Cheap Monday this afternoon and bought a really cool top. We made a homemade catwalk video on iMovie, too – and it was really weird, because none of us could take it seriously!
Hanna is the (great) photographer tonight – my camera was acting weirdly, so i couldn’t use it. Mostly we’ve been taking pictures – and I really want to show them.
This outfit I personalized a little bit. I added the socks to get a look that matched my personality (this is kind of a joke, because we we’re not really taking so much of this so seriously
Me and Nynne posing for Hanna.
This picture is in memory of Steve Jobs! My special message to him: Apple rocks!

Goodbye and Goodnight for now,

Room Decorations
Hello!
Autumn is here! And that is a bad thing for some people! But I am proud of loving autumn and especially winter! Do you know that feeling when you step out in the snow a cold winter morning, with the snow crunching under your feet and smelling that breeze that is indescribable. And it gets even better when the sun is shining, too.
Changing the subject. Do you know those kind of annoying people that have to have interior change all the time? You might have lived with someone that just kept moving around the sofa in the living room. Well unfortunately my little sister Ciara (the cheeky one) lives with me – a person like that. Okay it’s not that bad, but I do need some small changes once in a while. Like taking down a picture or two from the wall and putting something else up some of my friends do that to like my good friend Hanna. And lately I’ve gathered some stuff to decorate the room with.
This is some letters from a nice little shop that Ciara and I really like on Blegdamsvej called Hill Street - Great Shop! Halley got an “H” and a “5″ too. Ups… I have a few holes in the walls. And the lighting isn’t so good in the picture (even though I edited it) – sorry
Last friday my mum got back from Rome on a business trip. I went shopping friday afternoon and got three bouquets of pink roses. One of those three I put in my room, on the desk. And here they are.
My beloved shelf! This isn’t actually new new but it is a bit new. I keep all kind my handy stuff up there right over my bed. I have my first aid kit, fake flowers (which I am quite a fan of), a mirror and other different handy things like water, lip balm and so on.
Green Kids
Hi!
In my school I have attended a group called Green Kids I’ve been there since… May I think, but anyway I haven’t been there for long. But it is really cool going outside the school and telling grown-ups and students about what we do, and what others should do to help the environment. I’ve only been on one of these trips before and today was the second time. We went to a school on Nørrebro, and the teachers told os before we met the class that they were really excited and looking forward to it. But when we met the class I seriously thought the were dead. The didn’t say anything at all, I mean it was almost quite rude. Whenever we asked them a question after like 2 minutes of awkward silence, like: “so, does any of you ride your bike to school?” – then they would just stare at us with half open eyes and just look silently at us for 2 more minutes.
And we (Green Kids) we’re talking all the time about this, that, and the other with them, and the only thing we got back was a look that said: “I’m so bored that I could eat my own hand!”. I can’t describe the relief that i felt going to lunch, it was way to much silence and awkwardness for me.
Apart from that it was a great day. They had a fantastic schoolyard compared to ours, ours being the 3rd smallest schoolyard in Denmark (great!), theirs had grass, trees, a slide and hens – I’m thinking what a great idea having hens. Okay yes they are quite creepy, because you don’t really know what they are thinking, and the are in horror movies and stuff. But I must point out that my parents want hens, so yes we’re getting hens.
You’ll hear from me soon!

My sweet little bunny!
Hi,
For those who I am friends with on Facebook, might know that I am sick. No, not deadly sick thankfully haha… just a stomach ache, no big deal. But my poor little bunny hasn’t had very much attention these last 2 days. Sometimes I feel like the worst owner EVER! Because in my book about rabbits, which I studied for 1 month before getting my bunny Malou, it says that one should give it a run for 4 hours a day at least! I mean is this “rabbit expert” CRAZY, I seriously can’t hang around my little cold garden for 4 hours a day! Sorry Malou, here’s you (right about) 1 hour a day.
And what does a bunny do on one of these runs? Well… humping her sister November (I know it’s very disturbing!), being humped by November and then running away, play tag with November, getting lost in some bush, eating plants, hiding under our christiania bike and by the way you can not get her out of there. And then when she feels like her daily routine is complete she jumps back up into her hutch… and cleans herself. Interesting life style.
She is my life! My only friend who I can truly trust and be honest with! She is like the ideal sister to me! Because you know she’s not gonna tell anyone. When I go on holiday I miss her so much that I sometimes cry at her picture when I feel that I want to talk to her – very embarrassing, but for you that have/had pets probably knows what this feels like. Like my parents, both my parents grew up with loads of cats. My dad had 12 cats at one point when he was little.
Me and Loulou this summer.
